Privacy Policy — talentC Recruiting Extensions

This policy covers all Chrome extensions developed by talentC for internal recruiting use.

Extensions covered:

• LinkedIn Recruiter Tracker | talentC
• LinkedIn to Breezy | talentC

Data collected and processed:

LinkedIn Recruiter Tracker collects publicly visible candidate profile data from LinkedIn (name, company, job title, location, profile URL) and saves it to the user's own Google Sheets. Each user connects their own Google account and stores data in their own spreadsheet.

LinkedIn to Breezy accesses LinkedIn profile pages to generate a PDF and sends it via the user's Gmail account to Breezy HR ATS. It reads job vacancy data from a Google Sheets spreadsheet.

Authorization: Both extensions use Google OAuth 2.0. Each user authorizes access to their own Google account independently. The extensions request access only to Google Sheets and Gmail APIs as needed for core functionality.

Data usage: All data is used solely for recruiting purposes. No data is collected by talentC, stored on talentC servers, sold, or shared with third parties. All candidate data remains in the user's own Google account.

Data storage: Extension settings are stored locally in Chrome storage on the user's device. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on any servers controlled by talentC.
